Looking for Romeo of the Montague family? Look no further than the stage of the Delbarton Fine Arts Center Theater. On March 4, 2010 the cast of the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Shakespeare Live! performed Romeo & Juliet for members of Delbarton grades 10 and 11, all of whom read the tragedy during their sophomore year. Students had just completed their winter term and, as of March 5, look forward to beginning their two week spring break. What better time to relax, sit back and watch Shakespeare's immortal words brought miraculously to life by some very talented actors. The boys clearly enjoyed the play -- they laughed in all the right places and were respectfully quiet during the rest. English Department Chair Sally Walsh was pleased that the play, the boys and the perfect end-of-term timing converged to create a great afternoon of drama at Delbarton.
